Here's how that looks in 4 steps:

Step 1: Strategy Session
Meet one-on-one with BPR Founder, Spencer Nix.
You'll discuss exactly what you want to accomplish from a health standpoint.
Our goal is to define a specific and ambitious goal for your health.
Exercise is great, and we all want to be fit, but we want you to come away knowing what you truly want and how it will benefit your whole life.

Step 2: 90-Minute Total Health Assessment
Before we talk about fitness, let's focus on life first.
This is a holistic assessment - testing your stability, strength, and capacity - but also diving into sleep, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle patterns.
The goal is to understand where to focus so we can guide you toward your ideal outcome.

Step 3: Three 1:1 R&D Sessions
These are private 1-hour sessions dedicated to applying what we’ve learned:
Improve Lifestyle:
Together, we create one specific behavior design. This sets up fast wins that lead to lasting change.
Customize Performance:
Fitness isn’t about going all-out every session. It’s about smart cycles of “Stim”, “Dev”, and “Reload” - our method for long-term training and recovery balance.

Step 4: Full Access to BPR In-Person Training
Once your plan is set, you’ll integrate into the training environment that fits your life.
That might mean:
- Group training (we run up to 6 sessions a day)
- Self-guided workouts
- Remote training access
Your BPR coach will also check in with you via Zoom to ensure sustainability and progress.
