Marcela Bruce is a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach who uses behavior-change science to help people build habits that actually stick.
With over 10 years of coaching experience, she’s obsessed with helping clients become stronger, more confident versions of themselves, no matter what season they're stepping into.
This past year, she supported athletes through major breakthroughs from first workouts at 70 years old, first races, all the way to personal bests and full lifestyle transformations.
Personally, she recently ran 100 miles across the Sahara Desert, which was just a reminder of how cool the human body and mind are. Experiences like that remind her of how resilient we can be, which translates well in driving a topless Jeep year-round.
