Finn’s background in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology shapes the way he coaches, grounding his practice in evidence-based behavior change and practical experimentation.
As a lifelong athlete and All-American lacrosse player, he experienced firsthand how transformative fitness can be, and it’s why he’s so committed to helping others discover the same impact.
Finn leads program design at BPR, so if you see a workout you love or hate, you know who to blame!
Outside of coaching, you’ll find him training for a CrossFit competition, Hyrox, a big hike, a ski trip, or anything in between.
Outside of the gym, he’s probably either sewing, drawing, solving Rubik’s cubes, skateboarding, or watching The Great British Bake Off with his wife.
