Lindsay has spent nearly two decades passionately pursuing health and fitness.
It started in the Navy, where she learned discipline, resilience, and what it means to show up even when it’s hard.
Later, she pushed her limits as a competitive bodybuilder, discovering strength she didn’t know she had. Then came motherhood — and with it, the sweetest daughter who became her biggest teacher in patience, presence, and joy.
She even took on a full season of being vegan, simply to grow in a new direction and honor her health more deeply.
She loves helping her clients pursue bold goals, build healthier habits, and create lifestyle changes that last — because she’s lived every bit of that journey herself.
