STEP 1: CAN WE HELP?
This starts with an interview, not a workout or even a sale.
The point of the initial call is simple:
to figure out whether what you’re dealing with is something we’re actually suited to help.
If it is, great.
If it isn’t, we’ll say that too.
STEP 2: WHAT'S THE REAL BOTTLENECK?
Two people can want the same outcome and be blocked by entirely different things.
For some, it’s the training structure.
For others, it’s recovery, stress, or sustainability.
Often, it’s not what they think it is.
Our job is to identify the specific constraint that’s keeping progress stuck.
STEP 3: WE WORK IN DEFINED BLOCKS
We don’t do open-ended, vague coaching.
If we move forward, it’s typically in an 8–12 week window with:
- Clear focus
- Clear expectations
- Clear checkpoints
That timeframe is long enough to create real change, and short enough to stay focused.
STEP 4: COLLABORATION, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION
This only works if both sides show up ready to collaborate.
We don’t chase, convince, or say things like “you gotta want it”.
We design, guide, and adjust.
If you’re looking to be pushed without participating, this won’t work.
